PCB Layout & Design
Multi-layer and flexible PCB layout optimised for signal integrity and manufacturability. Boards are exported to STEP to support 3D integration with mechanical and enclosure design.
Schematic Design
Detailed schematic design capturing all electrical relationships and connections. Developed hand-in-hand with PCB layout through an iterative back-and-forth, and structured for team review, version control, and downstream layout hand-off.
Component Selection
Strategic component selection balancing performance, availability, and cost. BOM optimisation to mitigate supply chain risk, long lead times, and obsolescence or EOL (End of Life) phase-out.
Design for Manufacture
Manufacturability and enclosure fit are considered from the outset — not bolted on afterwards. Rather than redesigning a finished board to squeeze into a housing, we account for mechanical, assembly, and enclosure constraints during design.
Power Supply Design
Linear and switch-mode power supply design including custom magnetics specification. Efficiency optimisation, thermal management, and EMC-conscious layout.
